Arqo Max is the writers'-room version of Arqo. Shared workspaces, shared Memory across every writer in the room, role-based permissions, SSO, dedicated success, per-seat billing. We're holding the line on ship-quality — when seats open, we'll come find you.
One room, every writer
A shared workspace per show. Every staff writer, the showrunner, the script coordinator — same project tree, same revisions, same cards. Real-time, not "merge later."
Shared Memory across the room
Story Memory stops being a single-writer feature. Characters, locations, lore — written once, known by every writer on the show. The third draft remembers what the pilot established. The room never re-explains itself.
Showrunner, staff, producer
Role-based permissions baked in. Showrunners hold the lock. Staff writers draft. Producers + IT see the dashboard. Outside readers get scoped, expiring access — no forwarding a PDF to a Gmail thread.
SSO from day one
Native SAML SSO via Supabase Pro. Your studio IT plugs in once and writers sign in with the same credentials they use for everything else. SCIM provisioning where it matters.
A real human on the success side
Every Max room gets a dedicated success contact at Arqo. Onboarding the writers, importing existing FDX bibles, sorting out edge cases on premiere week — a person, not a ticket queue.
Per-seat billing, 3-seat minimum
Pricing scales with the room. No per-feature add-ons, no "enterprise tier" tax for the basics. We'll publish the seat number alongside the feature ship — Q4 2026, give or take.
